Cod Fish with Tomato Sauce
1 cup tomato sauce

1 pound cod fillet, cut in pieces

Black pepper to taste

Parsley to taste

¼ of an onion, chopped small

1-2 tbsps. butter

Spread about ¼ cup of the tomato sauce in a medium size baking dish.
Place rinsed and dried pieces of cod in baking dish and sprinkle with
pepper and parsley.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over fish along with onion.
Dot with butter and bake in a 350 degree oven about 20 minutes.
